Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on availability, seasonality, and provider adjustments. In case of discrepancies, the third-party provider's policies will take precedence.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the terms of the third-party service providers. Regaluxia is not responsible for any cancellations made by third-party vendors. Clients are responsible for adhering to the cancellation policies provided during the booking process. Refunds will be processed according to the terms of the applicable provider and may be subject to cancellation fees.
