Customization Fee Structure
A non-refundable customization fee covers the creation of your bespoke Bali journey. Fees start at USD 300 for single-location itineraries and may vary based on the complexity.
Initial Itinerary Proposal and Modifications
Receive a basic itinerary within two weeks after payment. Modifications are limited to restaurant and attraction changes, with additional charges for major alterations.
Confirmation and Full Payment
Upon finalizing the itinerary, a contract is presented, and the full payment is required within one week. Cancellation fees and refund conditions are outlined in the contract.
